By accessing or purchasing from MasterTrait, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and any additional policies displayed on the platform. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the website.
MasterTrait is an online fashion and clothing brand dealing in apparel, accessories, and lifestyle products. Products may be manufactured, branded, or sourced through authorized partners. MasterTrait reserves the unrestricted right to add, remove, modify, or discontinue products, categories, or services without notice.
Only individuals legally competent to contract under Indian law may use this platform. Minors may use the platform only under parental supervision. MasterTrait reserves the right to block accounts found to be operated by ineligible users.
Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials. All activities conducted through a user’s account are deemed authorized by the account holder. MasterTrait shall not be responsible for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.
Product images, videos, and descriptions are illustrative.Size charts are indicative only. Fit variations based on body structure shall not be treated as defects.

All prices are in INR. Discounts, flash sales, coupons, and promotions are time-bound and may be withdrawn without notice. MasterTrait reserves the right to cancel orders placed under incorrect pricing, promotional abuse, or system errors.
Order placement does not guarantee fulfillment. MasterTrait may cancel orders due to inventory issues, quality checks, suspicious activity, bulk abuse, or policy violations. Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed as per policy timelines.
Delivery timelines are estimates only. Delays caused by logistics partners, regulatory checks, weather conditions, or force majeure events shall not attract liability. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon dispatch.
Returned products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and include original tags and packaging.

Damage caused due to improper washing, ironing, chemical exposure, or misuse is not covered. Natural fabric behavior such as slight shrinkage, pilling, or color bleeding during initial washes is not considered a defect.
All designs, prints, patterns, photographs, videos, logos, and brand assets are the exclusive intellectual property of MasterTrait. Any unauthorized copying, resale, reproduction, or digital use is strictly prohibited and may attract legal action.
Products purchased from MasterTrait are for personal use only. Unauthorized resale on marketplaces, Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, or any third-party platform without written approval is strictly prohibited. Violation may result in:
Influencers, affiliates, or collaborators must adhere to agreed deliverables, timelines, and disclosure norms. Unauthorized use of MasterTrait branding, misrepresentation, or failure to comply with agreement terms may result in immediate termination and legal consequences.
Bulk, corporate, or wholesale orders are subject to separate pricing, fulfillment timelines, and return conditions. Such orders are generally non-returnable unless expressly agreed in writing. MasterTrait reserves the right to reject bulk orders at its discretion.
Users shall not:
Payments, logistics, and analytics may be handled by third-party providers. MasterTrait is not liable for service failures beyond its control.
All products and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or exact visual representation.
Mastertrait shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mastertrait from claims arising out of misuse of the platform, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws.
Mastertrait reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts without notice for policy violations or suspected misuse. Obligations prior to termination shall survive.
Mastertrait shall not be liable for failures due to events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, or technical outages.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Mastertrait may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
